We hadden deze week bezoek van Yuko Shimizu, een illustrator uit New York, welke ons een workshop en een opdracht heeft gegeven. We zijn met illustratie nu bezig met een irritatie en een remedie uitbeelden, en moeten voor Yuko een superheld bedenken die onze irritatie bestreed en tevens onszelf vertegenwoordigd. Ik heb Sven the Mute-Man gemaakt. Een personage dat tussen de stembanden van iemand gaat staan waardoor dit persoon niet meer door films, muziek of presentaties heen kan praten.

On the course of illustration we are working on the visualization of our irritation and the remedie for this irritation. Yuko made us make a superhero who fights against this irritation and is also a personalized superhero. I've made Sven the Mute-Man who stands between the vocal cords of a person so it can't talk trough movies, music or presentations.
